Snapchat is the world's largest social network for instant photography smartphones. This novelty tries to apply filters to our face that allow us to do "funny" actions such as making us see that we are in a fishbowl, that a rainbow comes out of our mouths, simulating that we "cover" the screen , etc. This novelty came out exclusively for iOS users. Unofficially, complaints from Android users caused Snapchat to release version 9.15.1.0 on September 16 of this year , incorporating such filters.
Access lens filters
When you update Snapchat, contrary to how it has been with the other updates, the app itself does not mention anything of this novelty. That is why there have been rumors of whether it would not be available for Android, etc. In truth, it is very easy to activate them:
- Open Snapchat
- Select the front camera. Make sure there is adequate light and that there is only one face or other elements on the screen
- Press and hold as long as it takes the screen where your face is until the button to take the photo rises, and to our right we have the different round filters to apply
- By sliding you can select the filter you want. In each one you do a different action; open your mouth, raise your eyebrows ... In any case the application itself tells you what to do
Still, on iOS they always receive the latest filters available, unlike Android, where some devices have half the filters and others have them all ...
On the part of Snapchat there is still no official statement where it says what filters are available depending on which platform or which terminals.
